Orbital

Here's a simple necklace I made a while back with these groovy Chinese turquoise drums (I lucked out - I only had five of them and they balance perfectly, weight-wise) and my lunar phases donut. It wears quite nicely, if I may say so myself.

I've been wanting to do so much this past week and have accomplished pretty much nothing. This cold has been pretty pernicious - everyone in our house has recovered except me. I just can't seem to shake the bone-rattling cough I've developed. Argh. I've been doodling new ideas on a pad of paper from time to time, but that's it. I hope your week has been more productive than mine! Have a great weekend.

hang in there it will get better. when i get sick (and i'm sick now) the last thing to go away is the hacking cough. It can take up to four weeks. drink lots of tea and cough drops. i think i'll go and make myself a cup of tea now. take care.

That pendant ROCKS!! I love the cleanness of it, almost sort of industrial, but with some antiquity-flavor too. Ancient/futuristic almost at the same time. And with the astronomy suggestion in the pendant, it sort of makes me think of Stargate (the movie). Very nifty aesthetic.

S, I'm so glad to hear you say that. I mentioned to other friends that my cough tends to last that long and they started edging away from me! (It is starting to get better, slowly, though!)
