I'm going to be cooking the first head tomorrow night.

Unfortunately, the cauliflower recipe is a commercial one not a family recipe, so I can't re-print it here, due to copyright considerations. However, I can tell you where to find it. It won the 2006 Easy Ethnic Recipe Contest held by Vegetarian Times and appeared in the Oct. 2006 issue of the mag. It's called Roasted Cauliflower in Lemon-Tahini Sauce and was created by Tim Miano. It's completely brilliant - well-worth your time to pick up a back issue of the magazine!Melissa J. Just like a tomato takes so remarkable from a garden. My husbands family from Scotland cook the Cf and brake it up into peices. Then make a cheese sauce and add a a teeny bit of English
(hot) mustard. Then bake it to heat up and brown the top. Talk about delicious! Your cf is a beauty I know you are proud! It sounds good how you said you will make it. Yummy!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18212476952833501895noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2011057211444166014.post-7963675688827145352009-06-28T21:26:05.742-07:002009-06-28T21:26:05.742-07:00oh that cauliflower looks awesome. i love fresh c...oh that cauliflower looks awesome. i love fresh cauliflower, lucky you. that's one thing we don't have in our garden.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
